CONFIDENCE is key when it comes to adopting new technology.
Thank you for stopping by my blog, my name is George Deak Harada and I am a Customer Success Manager Architect.
I have spent years working in the Public Cloud field of IT, and I am excited that we are in the forefront of digital transformation.

I say confidence is key because IT is becoming a core part of any business and rapidly changes, there is more pressure for businesses to know what technology suits them best.
Further, it is not just the business owners making the decision today, operation and developer teams can strongly influence decision making of corporate IT today.
IT decisions can make a huge difference to the longevity of the business in the long term. Thus we need to be confident about the choices we make.
But that’s not all. When we talk to people who can potentially give some technology guidance, we want to make sure that person knows what they are talking about.

As a Customer Success Manager, this purpose made me stand up and create this blog.
When I talk to my customers, I want to make sure I am confident about my knowledge, that I can explain it in my own way, I have tested part of it myself, I have compared it with other solutions and I have my personal point of view on it. This is called technical eminence.
This blog is my creative space where I will record my learnings, observations and thoughts. I aim to make it as useful as possible.
